ALCALAWIFI will process the following categories of personal data:

From the web user:

Name, phone and email.
From the ALCALAWIFI client:

Identification data: name, surnames, DNI, postal address, email address, telephone.
User and/or client identification codes or keys for the web.
Bank details for the collection of the services provided.
Traffic and location data for the correct provision of services and compliance with the requirements of Law 25/2007.

PURPOSES OF TREATMENT
ALCALAWIFI will process the data provided by the user and client for the following purposes:

Purposes based on the fulfillment of the commercial or pre-commercial relationship
Manage the registration and maintenance of electronic communications services contracted by the client.
Manage, process and respond to requests, requests, incidents or queries from the user or client, when contacted through the form or chat included on the web.

Purposes based on Legitimate Interest:
Manage the sending of own commercial communications about ALCALAWIFI products and services similar to those contracted by the client.
Analyze user traffic data to maintain network security and prevent illegitimate interference or fraudulent use of electronic communications services.

DATA CONSERVATION PERIODS
ALCALAWIFI will process the user's personal data, during the essential time to guarantee the provision of the requested services, respond to queries raised through the web or fulfill the purpose for which they are processed. Once the previous periods have ended, the personal data will be kept, where appropriate, blocked for the sole purpose of filing claims or legal actions in relation to the services, their billing or payment claim, during the legal periods.

In addition, the traffic and location data related to electronic communications will be kept in accordance with the provisions of Law 25/2007, of October 18, on the conservation of data related to electronic communications and public communications networks, during the period of 12 months, with the purposes set forth in the aforementioned law.

DATA COMMUNICATION
The data of the user or client may be communicated to the following organizations and entities of a public or private nature:

The Public Administrations in the cases provided for by Law.
The State Security Forces and Bodies and the National Intelligence Center by virtue of the provisions of Law 25/2007 and the Law of Criminal Procedure.
The Banks and Financial Entities for the collection of the services offered.
Other companies of the business group for internal administrative purposes and the management of contracted products and services.
Files and Records of Patrimonial Solvency and Credit Risk in cases of non-payment of the services provided.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The user or client can exercise at any time, free of charge and in accordance with the regulation provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation and in Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, opposition and limitation of treatment.

To do this, you must send a signed document in exercise of the right together with your copy of DNI/NIE to ALCALAWIFI, PASEO DE LA PLAYA S/N 11180 ALCALA DE LOS GAZULES CADIZ or alternatively by sending them via email administracion@elecsantos.es
